Kalvin is Vice President, Legal and Associate General Counsel at Spin Master Ltd., a children’s entertainment company. He is a graduate of University of Toronto Law School and started his career with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP before moving in-house.

Kalvin has a broad corporate commercial practice and advises regularly on intellectual property rights, artificial intelligence, licensing, distribution, operations and supply chain-related matters across the consumer-packaged goods, entertainment and digital gaming sectors.

In his spare time, he enjoys skateboarding, art and drawing, and playing/writing music.
